After about 20 minutes this issue cleared itself.

I played for several levels 7 i think , then was disconnected. Now when i try to log in , first i get a login screen with info for a christmas event in 2013 i think then it goes to character select and after that ...Loading area please wait. After that it goes to a different login screen, than i was naked and floating above the world . im stumped. I have ran a full check on files , i have reduced all video settings to the lowest setting. I have done a full restart and tried windows compatability.
