Yotaaak

Not sure what going on, but recently my NA ping has been over 130ms (Usually jumps around 160ms). My EU ping is a stable 90-93ms, doesn't jump perfectly stable. A friend of mine that lives less then 20 minutes away gets a stable 52ms no questions asked. (EU) (90ms) (NA) (132ms) and proof that its NA / EU (the names) My internet Does anyone have ANY idea on whats going on here? This is kind of ridiculous.
