Recently someone broke into my car and stole my phone that had Microsoft authenticator app.After getting a new phone with same phone number and iphone backup with the authenticator app installed. i am still unable to get login codes. ive sent a support ticket and am waiting for a reply after submitting the information they requested.im a well paying customer and am very upset because there is no live support unlike the past.Help me i will glady provide the ticket number otherwise don't waste more of my time.
