Hey everyone
I've contacted support through support Page for an account related Question.
Well, it's the 3rd Week with no answer and i am still waiting for any reply. I've got the E-mail that my support Ticket was created, so it should be in the queue.
I understand there may be a peak due to the new Update, yet i am wondering how long it could take for a customer relative to reply at least.
Does anyone else have similar waiting times?
