Hello everyone. I submitted a support ticket exactly 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting for them to respond. I lost my 2FA information and requested the removal of the 2FA security system from my account, but they still haven't replied. Is anyone else experiencing this? Why are we being made to wait so long? I want to play the game, but I've been waiting for 2 months for no reason. I've never seen such an irresponsible team in any other game. What does it mean to not respond to a support ticket for 2 months? I'm really getting angry; it's been a full 2 months without a response!
