I've sent tickets in their previous ticket system, tickets in the new one, Tweeted Matt and the gamersfirst team, and posted on the forums to get a reply to my support ticket
This is getting F*****g Ridiculous now. I've been locked out of my account because the "Password has expired" and i've sent in support tickets to get this fixed.
From the first Response i received it has now been 10months of waiting for the support team to change my F*****G email.
This is beyond a joke at this point and the Devs should be held accountable for this.
