havent traded anything from anyone and yet i got a trade ban for nothing. please help me out!!!

hey, i havent even traded anything from anyone and yet when i logged in 1 month ago apparently i saw i was trade banned needed to shift stuffs from my enf to crim. can anyone please help me out?

Was playing apb last night and i had ntec ursus which i traded 3 days ago sent to my criminal character from enf now today was the update and as soon as i get back on i had no ntec ursus idk why and how i lost it can u please get back my ursus
