    For two events in a row I haven’t been able to get character hats. On Valentine's Day, I upgraded the role for which you get a cap, took it from the mail, but it did not appear in the editor. A similar story happened with St. Patrick's hat. The message arrived, I took the attachment, 100 joker tickets arrived, but there is no hat in the editor
