Cant buy G1C via Steam nor Terminal3

Good morning, I am trying to buy G1C and I can't complete the purchase. I can't do it from Steam or from the "Terminal3" platform. It says there is an issue with the 3D verification. I've tried using several cards that I always use for international purchases, but it won't let me continue. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
