No. I have tried deleting my 2 other characters and make a new character but it still shows me the error message

So I have played in this game for years now then took a break and yet when I came back it keep disconnecting me. My main character Mei Fang when I enter to try as her again disconnect me saying this. Can someone please resolve it? She is locked I think or this account is locked and its annoying.
