Make lights actually shine on walls and affect the map and all that and different lightbars will have different affects like rotating affect and strobe affects, 

[Tuck in shirts and more Hats]

Its kind of hard to make a cop outfit when you got your shirt hanging out like you just got laid off, maybe if you get a belt it automatically tucks in your shirt or have an option to have a shirt tucked or untucked

 

I also believe there could be more hats for LEOs like Campaign hats, and Scala campaign hats. and you could put the bad on it like the other police hat
