I suppose I'll toss my hat into the ring. Most of my suggestions seem to be miner buffs to distances.  I only did the weapons I feel comfortable with. I love playing around with the weapons in game.

I think its important to understand that there is no such thing as a perfect balance. Especially considering how many weapons and other variables come into play.
