Hello, I haven't played in a long time. All my joker box weapons and money disappeared. I sent a email to the support but despite the evidence the admin does not want to help me. A lot of players have the same problem. i play since first year of the game, about 6k hours of game, 400+ more money spent, why they don't want to help me?
