I've contacted support and opened a ticket, #116959 19 days ago, Until this day I haven't received any answers, I have sent another message 4 days ago and still no response, what's going on ? This ticket is very important and as more time goes by you won't be able to help me. Why is it taking so long to respond on such an important ticket ?
