Can it be somehow accelerated 'caz my problem can be solved in a minute? I dont want other users to wait for answer for their tickets longer, i just want to say that my problem is rly simple and i thought that it can be solved until evening.

How long does it take for support of gamersfirst to answer my ticket? The problem is better to be solved as fast as possible but still i want to know the time of answering on my ticket by support.
