    Hello, I can't play my characters. When I log-in with Gamersfirst account, I see no characters. When I try to log-in with my Steam ID it asks me to change my password but I can't do it. I sent a ticket a week ago and I still have no answer from the support. How long is the average time to get an answer? Thank you!
