i have waited another 4 hours. no message from support and still can't log in

I was kicked for some error. but then i waited and tried to log in and got error 10004. i think thee way your game is coded that it keeps the player logged in server side. you should have it ping back and forth and if game is not up then no ping back. for real this should not be an issue. after the first time. i have wait over 12 hours. and still get the same code. 10004. also i have put in support. if bugs like this don't get solved. then your player base across the entire line will fade. i have seen that this was an issue way back in 2014. and has been happening alittle before that. i am really surprised you don't try and fix it Gamersfirst....
