Not taken from GTA however inspired by many mmo games because it is a huge way to make new content to a game. What is wrong with GTA ? APB is famous for being the GTA mmo. ATM in this game there is nothing to do except customize, drive cars and do missions really and this is one of the reason this game have a hard time to keep ppl playing it and not get bored to death and do not forget that everything new like cars, skins and weapons that we could work for is behind a pay wall (maybe they have fixed it ?). Progression is key to a game like this after 100 hours you have done and got almost everything in the game. I do get that it would be crazy amount to do ofc and this engine would probably not work for it. However if a dev see this and get inspired to do something new then mission complete.

Hello APB community I bought the original game when it came out and I have played the game a lot but a few years ago I got bored with doing the same old stuff over and over so I stopped playing and forgot about the game. A week ago I saw that there was a new development team working on this game and I got exited for it hoping it could become the game I ones hoped for. So with that I thought lets suggest something I always have wanted in APB. And here is my suggestion. Why not have Instanced housing in the game where you can invite ppl and you can customize wallpaper, furniture, Floors and so on. Criminals could grow weed or make other drugs in it (Meth lab) and sell it in the city for some extra cash. You can even make it so you need to do missions for the seeds or ingredients outside the apartments to be able to make drugs and other things. I think there should be entry level apartment where it is just one room and then you can buy yourself bigger and bigger homes. For criminals that would make it so they could produce more drugs or what ever there could be. The drug making process should take time maybe even a few days so ppl need to login to keep the weed in check or making it so the meth lab doesn't explode. This would make it so there is an incentive for ppl to login everyday. This would make it so ppl will be on the streets doing stuff and things instead of sitting in the apartment all the time. When a criminal wants to sell the drugs they need to start a mission to deliver the drugs (This should be going on in the streets of San Paro). They need to wait for 3 - 5 min to know what location they need to deliver the drugs at. During that time enforcers is going to search around for the car. Enforcers objective is to kill the criminal or explode the car. To make it easier for the enforcers you could make it so on the map there is a big circle where the criminal is at and the circle updates when the criminal is driving around. Criminal wins when he has delivered the drugs, guns or what ever there could be. Maybe enforcers could raid apartments if something goes wrong like explosion (maybe it is way to hard to do) There could be a lot of things ppl could do in the apartments. This will give ppl something more to do and work for. Hope you like it.
