Currently you need about 18 (Some argue up to about 23) above weapon skill for pistol/rifle weapons that actually use a crosshair, rather than a circle. This is a pretty simple fix... make it so nomatter the rank of your weapon skill (1 or 196+) that it is always completely closed. This will help remove the need of "dot" UIs for individuals. Another option could be to allow a different selection to show spread or not, and say if you want a "centered dot" for mutations like Filtration and Bend
