@MattScott   The Steam version of APB does not add a few lines to the registry, a gamersfirst folder. Without this line the launcher will always try to install DX and Battleye.   Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\GamersFirst\APB] "directX ShipDate"="04.18.2011"   Once the above is added, the BE installer will run once and add the following.   Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHI
