Lower fps and mouse skips with new patch
With todays patch (10.7.2019)my fps went down and noticed that the if I would swipe the mouse from left to right and right to left, the camera skips frames.
Regarding my FPS, I usually run at a stable 144 - 145, Now I cant go above 140 and my fps keeps jittering from 140 to 120 every given moment.

CPU: I7 - 8700K 3.7 GHz (OC @5.1GHz All cores | Silicon Lottery)
CPU COOLING SOLUTION: Corsair Hydro 100i V2 Extreme
GPU #1: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070TI 8GB OC + EK-Thermospher
