connecting bug, cant join any server

In before people bring up compensation for lost premium/in-game time.

 

... and the legendaries on marketplace wich were sold without the possibility of people bidding higher on them.

what I see in the thread : premium players want to bring back the lost premium time forgetting that a weapon leased from cotactos also remained unused . extension of connection to the area is not fixed .

LO, is someone going to tell us wtf is going on, what is wrong and when is going to be fixed? 

Instead of saying stuffs like "We are working on the problem" like 11 hours ago............

You are not acting professional at all so Im not going to be professional too!

Its not coincidence that after 12 hours of maintenance we have this..

Just fucking update us about problems!

they already say whats going on and what they did with the servers and they also update you that the engineers was working for 24 hours and they need to sleep as well , who are you actually that you talk to people like this that thgey working pretty much hard as they tell YOU to fix it , YOUR only a damn player that DO nothing then just to play and as i see this when a company really trying to update us with info and also tell us that the engineers are so tired but i workd for 24 hours to only HELP you and just to say ty and keep with your own life you act like a damn selfish kid !! say ty when people that dont really owe you nothing but they do everything to help you !! i see people only complain but dont see the whole picture here they do everything to fix it its they job and they earning money from it as well if the game not up and running they loss from it , but why you guys acting like there no life if no apb ?!? get a life and say ty and appriciate things that going on !

we already know whats going on 
they sent us over to a new Colocation Facilitate

and well part of the (moving house) 

some of the stuff never got sent over 

sooooooooooooo

when they shut down the (old house)

poof the servers took a shit

thus repairing this problem will take a 

really really really really really 

long time to repair the problem 

its also called used Admin Tracker to read all the post by Admins 

to understand what is going on and put them all together 
it is not an easy task to even mess around with server stuff 

there is a lot of coding networking and hardware problems u have to look at
