Being gold at 4:00 utc / dead hours

Its so annoying that at 1:00 - 7:00 utc, (in my time 3:00-10:00) Gold/Silver districts are dead.. For example: http://prntscr.com/nfl0ry.

I can't play in bronze district since I'm gold, so i cant really play against other players during these hours

I saw many players that also talked about that in the social district.

May Gold players will be able to get in the bronze districts at those hours? it will make the district more full of players and gold players will also be able to play during these hours.

We all know the bronze districts is 10% Bronze players and 90% Silvers

We all know the silver districts is 10% silvers players and 90% golds

Yea right, also 50% of the gold players are diamonds, tryhards.
