Forcing people to purchase ammo instead of having it refill automatically while draining your cash is awful. This feature brings nothing positive to the game whatsoever. It's tedious and annoying to be forced to purchase ammo to avoid partial or no refilling during a mission.  Needing to purchase ammo is fine in and of itself as a way to drain $ from the playerbase to avoid massive inflation of marketplace prices.
