Server disconnect issue

Hi everyone,

We're trying to fix the disconnect issue that several players have reported. Specifically, this is an error experienced by players who can get into the game initially, but then randomly get kicked to the main login screen with the following message: "You have been disconnected from the server unexpectedly. The server may have gone offline, or you may be experiencing network connectivity issues."

I'd like to see if anyone experiencing this issue can supply us with some information to help us track down a solution.
However, please message this information to me privately.
Again, DO NOT share this information publicly or here on the forums.

The questions are:
- which world are they playing on? (Citadel, Jericho, Nekrova, Han)
- where are you playing from (city & country)?
- do you use a VPN to play?
- how long are you able to stay connected?
- are there any conditions that seem to be present when you disconnect?
- are you playing off wifi or a hardwired connection?
- what model of router are you playing on?
- what service provider are you playing on?
- do you experience disconnects in any other games?

This sounds like false positives of the new Anti-DDoS system.
I suspect it comes from people that use multiple IPs to connect.

I am speculating, but as Matt said, do not reply here, just PM him.

Nope i got the issiue for an long time i have it in APB:R and Sea of Thives i dont use "multiple IPs" and stuff.

Nah, my IP is dynamic and changes pretty regularly and my connection is pretty stable, the only time I d/c is when Citadel dies.
