Reset password not working

Is support down? I've been locked out of one of my accounts cause my normal passwords arent working and when i try to reset it i never get an email with a confirmation link.

sounds like i was looking for someone else with a similar problem. And if the support is down what should i do? Message support? Yeah nice one.

No need to name call here. 

Since forums aren't support... try PM'ing a GM, like Lixil, Selali, ... , etc.

Support is up, just overwhelmed with tickets atm.

Comcast?
if so, go to your advanced settings and uncheck "Enable Spam Filtering"
i had to do that to get my password as it wasn't sending it
Comcast was thinking it was spam for some reason and rejecting the email

I have the same problem on another account. I had an old G1 account that I used to play Warrock on. I never got the password reset email and support did not respond.
