GMs PLEASE CHECK TICKET #7539

My passwords have expired and i need to reset them. I don't have access to the registered email because i cant remember the password so i cant reset my password.


I have sent in a ticket like a week ago but still no response...

why don't you wait like the rest of them? it only takes 2 months at this point "xd"

They should reset your ticket to the back of the queue.

Mine is about something else but account related, I'm #4884 and sent it almost a month ago, take a number and sit patiently like the rest of us @.@

My GMs are volunteers and they can't check tickets. Also please be patient when it comes to the support.

I had a friend who sent a ticket for the same thing about a week ago and got a response within a week, you guys must be doing something wrong 😮.

i even pre-sent ownership information (creation date, transaction IDs, etc) so support wouldnt have to waste time with that lol

I've had an open ticket for going on about 8 months now.  Logged on one day to find I was missing 10 spots in my garage.  Still hasn't been adressed.


I had to delete a bunch of my cars, just to have room to get cars put up on market.

Just shuddap, take yer number, and sit in the queue. (qway-way) Just because you complain, staff isn't going to go any faster to get your ticket responded to. They've already floored the throttle.

Or just flag the thread by the system to auto-reply "Forums are not for this x-event please contact support or wait for your ticket to be responded to."

Go be a FNG somewhere else....  The support system is overloaded, and will be for sometime.  I had the same issue and it took them over a month to solve it.

And now a more serious answer, have you tries to get access to the email? Since apparently you know the email address just not the password for the email...

Shouldn't this be possible?
