The game called "APB" way before RTW made APB playable.

The very original version was released in 1987 an arcadebox game.

RTW started working on APB back in 2005, then the released was delayed to 2010 for some internal reason, I guess because RTW worked on other games like crackdown, so it's safe to say that the name APB cannot be claimed by the TV show.

They are the same game but the name Reloaded gives people a bad taste after how that team treated the game for 8 years. It's better to start fresh and cut ties with the past when it comes to the game and Little Orbit.

sure they can do that but what will it fix right now? still the same game. your argument can be valid when they have a EU4 roadmap in my opinion.

Like I said it'd be better to start fresh. Of course it does nothing physically to the game it just gives it a refreshing image.
