It is not a whole lot of fun to do, though the tidyness of having cleaned the join can be somewhat satisfying of course. But as you are swinging those lumps on a weekly basis, you will notice it will become more by the day, it doesnt get any more fun to deal with and there is no end to it in the long run. Please consider this when bashing on customer support, or take a job at a zoo to be able to relate more to the issue they are dealing with. Well I wouldn't go as far as saying all customer interaction is a matter comparable with dealing with fecal matter. But customer support often is atleast. (Banned by FF or a mod, either is unclear since the ban has been placed in 2015 and he has only played the game up to 2013 lelz). I reckon it depends very much on the case how fast they can reply and fix it. My case which was simply a discontinued email-address attached to my main account, was solved rather quickly, 2,5 weeks or so. I think his case might take quite a while longer since it involves a ban, rather than just identification and changing some information. This might be the case for you as well? 30 days is long though, but ye, their customer support took a hit over the last 2 weeks (See support tracking thread for more info on that) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
