Because players have characters of all different ranks. I have 11 ranging from fresh characters all the way to r255.

its their token low rank, that way they still get joker benefits and aren't taxed on their medicare playin in 

what should be bronze district, cuz they cried for bronze cuz weak.

 They can't play without some massive edge, probly running multiple characters in one dist

at the same time on both factions, plus all the dif hax they use to dominate.

See generally the lower rank will be running the hard hax n the other golds will lay back some

in case they get caught. 

they manipulate the mm system, sometimes the low rank or two are there just to bring in softer opposition

then as soon as the silvers n regular players that dont hack are called as opp, one or two will RQ n they will call back up

n waiting in their extended group will be the heavy hitter hax who then come in n wreck the opp. 

Ah probly be another year for anticheat, but hey we got music
