So I am trying to launch the game from the download available on the site. I have installed the game at the default location. I have admin access on that location. When I start and login into the updater app, that is successful. I have selected the option to defrag successfully. I have selected the option to do full scan of file. When I click on the next button, I see the scans and also there is an update.  The music starts to play and I see the word closing and the
