Vehicle Customization Crashing

I am sure this has been reported numerous times. But it is probably the most annoying bug in the game.

 

You cannot do advanced vehicle customizations because when you try and save or delete a symbol or something like that, you crash. I would really like to be able to customize my vehicle. But it is physically impossible to do so.
 

Does anyone know IF THERE IS A WAY TO DO SO WITHOUT CRASHING? Because I don't like my vehicle looking like everyone elses.

Idk, i dont have any problems with that, been a few times when it has crashed but nothing to write home about.
