Character has been locked in a district server

I'm facing an issue when trying to log into character.

It says that i should wait for 15 minutes but nothing really happens even after long period of time.

First time this happened like 1 month ago and i still can't log into a game.

I tried to reinstall game, change server, fix game through launcher, through steam and tried to reboot router.

Also i tried to log in from another account but the problem remained the same.

Alright, seems like you can't connect to the server at all. What happens if you open a command prompt and type the following: ping 173.195.41.254 -t

Everything is alright, ping is about ~35ms

Seems weird, I'm pretty sure that's the current IP of the EU server, so you should be able to connect just fine ingame as well.

 

Try contacting support.

I would look into your virus protection and make sure it's not blocking your connection through APB.
Since you can obviously connect,

Your screenshot (Which I know isn't yours) shows you at the login screen.
But you said character, so is this only on a specific character of your account or does this happen once you try and log into a character or is this only when trying to log into your account?

I'd probably do this as well while looking for a solution on the forums, support is usually you're go to after trying what you can.

Wait for a bit, turn off your internet connection / power down the router / modem and give it 1 hour.

Might be an ISP issue, network routing issue or the DDoS protection / APB servers.

 

Before you try again restart your PC too.

If your IP address has been the same since 1 month ago then perhaps it is being blocked.

By powering down the internet connection / modem for a considerable time it may change you IP address.

 

Unless you know for sure, it can sometimes help.

Make a note of your external IP, try the power down and see if you get a new one.

If you do and are still blocked you will have to go through support.

тоесть попытка зайти на др акк выдает такую же ошибку?

если оно так и есть, - стоит написать в тех поддержку ибо сервер по какой то причине блокирует лично тебя а не аккаунты.

там в игре есть конфиги аккаунтов, попробуй их переместить в др папку и зайти после этого. если не выйдет верни все обратно и жди тех поддержку.

А можно по-подробнее узнать расположение конфига? Тех. поддержка уже как 3 дня не отвечает.

они не игнорят, у них много работы.

попробуй зайти с др компа - айпи, и-нет кафешку згоняй или к другану опробуй аккаунты.

a еще зайди в свой профиль https://www.gamersfirst.com/myprofile.php 

и посмотри Status: Active или Blocked под аватаркой, 

дело в том что они раздают баны "вручную" эт без возврата, глаз обнаруживает а они уже делают решения.

дело в том что они раздают баны "вручную" эт без возврата, глаз обнаруживает а они уже делают решения.

С другого компьютера всё работает, да и как я упомянул выше, я пытался заходить с другого аккаунта - безрезультатно, проблема или в файлах игры (в чем очень сомневаюсь, т.к. переустанавливал игру не один раз), или в интернете и всём связанном с ним.

При установке пытплся ли изменить директоррю? Пусть.папку куда устанавливаеш.

Если крч ничо не выйдет я бы рекомендовал

запустить ось в чистом виде, откль автозагрузку всех прог кроме майкрософта можеш в нете найти как.

Возможно что то на фоне весит что имеет конфликт.

Заходил с другого роутера, от того то и подозрение на интернет. Устанавливал в разные директории, так что с путем установки тоже проблем быть не должно.

Возможно решил проблему. Поставил DNS сервера Гугла.

немогу тестить, мой 1й рутер от IPS стоит в пассивном-режиме, а я использую более качественный рутер после него.
