TRADE LOCK

Recommended Posts

I got trade lock near the 7 of august, and today is 17 and I still have the trade lock.

Sent a ticket to support but they told me that "trade lock only last 72 hours" to protect the account.

10 days already passed, what's going on???

Tell support staff to look into it. there will be a trade lock when you change your game rig.

I didn't change my game rig, I used a VPN to reduce my latency (and it does, it reduces my latency from 230ms to 155ms).

Maybe the VPN is giving you a random IP address each time you connect. This may be triggering the trade lock.
