Threat and pop

Hello,

Just an idea/suggestion I've had in regard to low district pop at certain hours of the day, to perhaps unlock the threat restriction on the district.

So that for example, the remaining gold players whom are in a even lower pop(10 total~) 'Silver' district could join the slightly larger 'Bronze' pop district. And later in the day to automatically return to usual requirements.

Since I think regardless players already de-threat and smurf on new characters, there are most likely high level players across all districts anyway.

I think there are possibly a lot more downsides to this of course, but just putting this suggestion out here.

In stream about previous engine update beta, Matt said about their plans of reworking threat, matchmaking.  But not before engine update, so yeah.. you just need to wait.
