My tickets keep being marked as Solved when no GM ever replied to it...Follow up after follow up and I still haven't got any answer. What do I do? Fortune Runner 796 Posted June 18, 2020 Why did you wait ten months to say your ticket has a problem with being said to be solved when its not when tickets are being worked on within a week or two ?
