So whenever I try to whisper someone I get this:

 

 

Sometimes it will let me, sometimes it won't. Other times it will let me whisper one person but not another at the same time?

Maybe some bugged spam filter.  but i doubt it.  It used to randomly appear when joining a district.

It's a known bug, it doesn't actually do anything apart message you every time you write <_<.

May have just been a coincidence but this happened to two friends when they whispered me a previously blacklisted word, could it be that it is simply a auto-reply for filtered messages? I know the N word has been filtered out in the past.

I will check this tomorrow (which is today). I think it triggers spam message (if you type too fast), but will check this as well. Thank you for suggestion!

I found out if I type quick messages in under 5 seconds it triggers it
