I have contact the support but no answer ! I'm having a trouble with sign in to my APB game it show's me a box telling me i'm disconnected from the server !

Yes. As he said, support is way backed up right now. Took me almost a month for my ticket to even get a response. For now, find some other way to entertain yourself.
