We're just trying to help really.  You wanna get better at this, don't you?  Tobii is trying to help too despite coming on a little more heavy handed.  And, uh...  Could you please explain what "i heard your climbing glass noise increasing" means?  I'm actually really curious about that now.

Though @Tobii might be blunt about it, he is right. It is obvious you don't listen to sugarcoated constructive criticism that is attempting to get you to improve your renders and your skills, so maybe blunt might actually do the trick.

There was NOTHING wrong with my posts.

That's an understatement.

I am legit curious how they ended up with that render despite using a tutorial.
but apparently that's not civil.. *SMH* Edited by Tobii

Nope, it's actually a model of a fluid splash, but I couldn't get it to look right because it kept trying to reflect the blue sky so it ended up brighter and a little more washed out than it was supposed to be.

I'm happy to see this still exists

I've harassed Jenz for some APB assets but I didn't wind up doing much with them. What's an animation you'd like to see made, using APB models? Might make one over the weekend.

Can be anything from a gun reload to something a bit more complicated - I'll go with the easier one naturally! 🙂

just use a plain oriented to camera, you will save a lot of time and result is quite the same.  mostly water fall in my poor, bad, ugly render are made with some plane oriented, but looks good (at least the water look nice! 😮 )

I just realized that the only two renders I shared here were of someone on a tricycle blowing someone's head off with a shotgun.  What am I doing with my life?

Why not add it after using PS? most blood effects are usually just added like that. e.g. movies/special effects and so on.
The washed out makes it stand out sadly.
Looks a little plasticy, like a certain other individuals renders that I can't comment on.

The reflection does seem to be the cause 😞

Yeah, I'd try to play with the roughness and maybe even darken the color. Blood is usually quite a pain in the patootie to get right 😫

That does look a lot better, thanks :3  That is a pretty old render though and I've since learned how to control the materials and stuff a bit better.  The night scene I posted earlier was a much newer one than this and I think the blood looked way better in that than the clown scene.

I missed that part. It does indeed look better.
Maybe a tad too much blood, but other than that :^)

Think that  pony is annoying, try Flight on for size.

Archimesh works well with "generated" texture cover, a bit less with uv cause mesh are not uv mapped.
but with manual mark of uv borders there is some fast result. at least mostly common mesh are stored as unique type.

Hmm, maybe try making the wood and marble textures have smaller tiles so they look higher resolution?  Don't take this the wrong way, but do you have a potato PC and can't handle higher res stuff, or do you just not feel like making higher resolution textures and models?

i am sure i miss the scale UV for both, wood is 1024x1024, should looks better, Marble is generated, i have to check sizeUV and also the Nabla, cause dark maculade looks too "large".
AAx8 for a 50% jpg compressed, effectly i could post something more detailed 😄

I made a thing..
MNZC9ER.png
This was legit too much effort to even make it look like this.. How you manage that is beyond me.

E8APDwY.png
This is a simple "clay" render setup.. Gets rid of the plastic-y look and actually adds nice shadows..

Hey everyone, sorry to jump in, does anyone have the models for the cars? Or an old copy of the game, because umodel can no longer extract the vehicles from the new one. It seems like it could in the past. I dont need my specific vehicle, but the model. Thank you!
