I have made numerous attempts to seek assistance from the support team, but unfortunately, my pleas for justice and information have gone unanswered. I understand the necessity of maintaining a fair gaming environment, but I implore you to consider the impact this trade lock has on my overall gaming experience. I firmly believe that there might be a misunderstanding or an error within the automated system, and I am reaching out to you with the hope that a thorough review of my case could shed light on this situation. (Using a Translation machine) I'm almost giving up, even after fixing the login issue, I can't get in any district and I hadn't this problem a few months ago. I sent a ticket to LO, but I don't see any progress. I'm playing from Brazil but like i said i hadn't this problem before.Please help me :3

why do you choose to ban people for this? wouldnt it be better to just chat ban them instead? problem solved and also you wont lose people either. because believe me, there are players abusing cheats who after numerous reports are still there playing... yet there are players being banned for mouthing off at others for valid reasons such as the unfair matchmaking, being harassed, dethreaters ruining their matches, being griefed and/or just being rage hacked against... /discuss
