I want to know 100% by a higher up if using a VPN or program that lowers latency will get you banned or not. Due to the very low population in NA server, playing on EU server seems to be very likely for most players who plan on still playing the game. If someone can confirm for a fact if it is bannable or not, it will clear out any confusions and help people out to getting better connections, thank you! I also want to test such programs and see how much of an impact it has on latency -Kush (Fluchax) Merged. Also adding in Mudfish as another latency decreasing program along with wtfast and exitlag*

I just finished the tutorial and since logging in couple of hours ago nothing works. I send a message in chat, it doesn't pop up in Global Chat, I click accept the quest - quest is not in my journal, neither are materials. I kill mobs and loot them - I lag for couple of seconds, it tell me I looted the corpse but none of the loot makes it to my inventory. Is that some kind of lag issue or issue with the server? I even verified the files and nothing works for hours on end.

Hi guys! For some reason when I'm playing APB depending on the server we having high ping around 200-270. But if I change the server some of them have normal ping for us which is 90-110. Why is that so. Does someone have any solution for this? I changed few dns servers still not progress.

This is for dev's to view .. again.. and FYI (for your information) all oppo names have been blanked, this is not an accusation, it is for hardware/ performance future improvements and awareness review "purpose" . an oppo that owned 4 of us easy as a rank 009 trainee, (and im not a pro, neither the other team members) second match against "it" I really studied its movements, it could easily drive around and navigate small spaces with lots happening ie explosions and was moving aiming cleanly, so clearly there was no lag issues, but as soon as it came to any combat / firing etc they were able to begin jumping/teleporting, extra info , My self an others in the mission had great connections, no lag "spikes" or "stutters", and this was visible/taking place to them (my fellow players) as well, so it rules out our end as clients, and leaves server/that players client to question. additionally it was only this one opp, the Oppo player still had great aim, with normal lag you would expect them to miss some shots or be miss firing, even with "intentional laggers" they would have a small miss fire jumping around that much but not this one. .. also with normal lag or laggers you would expect them to be aiming away or off centre but hitting the tarket.. how ever you can see the aim is near perfectly on point each time. even with the split milly second the players has adjusted and is aiming in point. Also the distance each teleport is equal. so its not at random. watch the clip.. this happened multiple times but this was the most cleanest example. and once they had got the kill they would return back to normal until the next confrontation.. This is also not the first I have seen players move like this in the recent weeks, Able to move like Neo or Agent Smith.. Very concerning for the future of the game.

Hey, So this is me stating everything that's wrong with the game on ps4 at the moment. First off, the game still has major performance issues. Apart from the frame drops the game's texture stream is messed up. These two things are addressed in the "upcoming update" which will probably not come out for some time.... Second, The 12 Deaths of Christmas event won't start on both NA and EU servers even though the district is filled with players (A.K.A. 20 vs 20 players). We can't buy the Snowball nades and the Snowball launcher from the contacts and trying to extend the lease for these two weapons also won't work because extending leases from your inventory/locker never worked on ps4 no matter where u stand whether you're standing in range of mailboxes, joker ammo vending machines, contacts and car spawners.,.. Thirdly, financial district servers have been down for multiple weeks on NA and EU servers. Waterfront District servers have been down on EU as well for multiple weeks now. So BASICALLY EU players can't play missions to level their contacts at all. NA players will reach a point where they can play missions but can't unlock new content because they can't unlock new contacts that are unlocked through playing on the Financial district. Now for every player this levelling ceiling is different depending on what contacts they had levelled before the district(s) died. Last and probably most important is that NEW players (Players that have never played APB on the specific account before) can't log into the game. I can confirm this because I have tried to play on multiple accounts, New and old accounts that have never been used to play APB on December 24th. Also I have seen multiple NEW players that have found the unofficial APB Reloaded Discord asking why they can't log in to the game. The game really can be written off as dead on console side when left in this Near-Death state any longer..... I have seen the population go down by 50% in these past few weeks all because of these reasons. I believe the main factor for the sudden decline in active players is the mission districts being down for way too long. after the service had been offline on all platforms for an extended period of time because the server's were being moved to a different hosting location.\ I am legit going to beg you guys, please fix hurry up with the fix. Because the state its left in now is also going to kill the active playerbase that still has faith the game will be updated. I myself am really getting demotivated to launch the game on console every single time I play the game because of these reasons, I am also one of the day 1 players or "soft-launch" players that has been putting up with these intense mentally tiring problems the game has been suffering from for 2 years now on ps4. EDIT --- Oh and we also can't forget the game has been lacking features from the PC and XBOX version. Like themes and a bunch of sound effects

with my friend and I did test the APB's servers on our own in empty server. There is one thing is taking our attention. we both lagging or freezing in an empty server per minute. someone can say something about it please ?

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my FPS in game. My PC specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design 6GB vram Windows 10 64-bit RAM 8.0 GB I'm using extreme cooling on my pc + coolpad, my power options are maximum performance, drivers are up to date, latency is 1-20, (>100 mbps) and everything else seems pretty much fluent. A few weeks ago I updated my GTX 1060 drivers and I noticed better FPS (60-70) , then i tried to download Advanced APB launcher, some things went bad, I didn't wanted to mess up and i reinstalled APB from steam and now i'm having 10-18 FPS on max settings and about 40-60 FPS on complete potato graphics settings with lowest resolution. It's strange considering the game is freshly installed. I know it's not optimized, APB is more CPU intensive and so on but I think there's a way to increase FPS since my PC is running AC Odyssey, Witcher 3, Skyrim with tons of mods and ENB's , Shadow of Tomb Raider etc fluently on max settings with amazing FPS. I'm looking for permanent solution but temporary things like Advanced APB settings, pre-made low-graphic configs and stuff like that are welcomed too (if they're legal, idk )

I read up disabling fullscreen optimization in windows 8/10 may help with fps/lag. Seems to have helped me with waterfront lag/stutter. Right-click the APB.ex e (located in binaries folder) Click on Properties Click on the Compatibility tab Check “Disable Full Screen Optimizations” Click OK May have to do the same with the game "launcher" and steam as well. Feel free to test, sometimes it works, sometimes it won't help. But if you havn't tried and would like to know if it may help, that's how. If you want to shut it off for all games on your system

Okay so i just want to put this here cause its a really bad problem, the servers are so bad and im surprised no ones complainging on the forums or on the xbox- Bugs and Tech issues. Most likely cause people dont even have a way to get on here but besidhe that the servers are really bad i dont know if a hotfix can be put or something but the lag really kills the mood.

Playing for an hour now and i havn't teleported once... Some minor ms dip but smooth. <3

Will "Mitigation" be off today? or will us Jericho players will have to warp for another 7days and hope it stops the next maintenance on August 22th 2018?

It's a lot like trying to have a normal conversation while inside of a fast moving vehicle that veered off course and began tumbling down the side of a very steep and bumpy hill *jazz hands*.

Hi there, I'm pretty new to this game, i played about 2 weeks now. I do like the atmospere and the gameplay. I played a lot of MMORPG's ( realy A LOT... ) and i was pleasantly suprised by what the game has to offer. So i just thought it was fair to pay for a sub, just to keep the server going, to support the maintenance, etc, etc... . I played some games wich have a small group of dev's and some volunteers, so i understand that it's sometimes hard to keep a game running smoothly, i seen it happen before... But can you please fix it, and if there is no quick fix, please give some feedback about it. I haven't played very long so i'm not committed to this game yet, this could change, but not how things are going atm. This isn't to point any fingers, but just a humble plea from a newbie. Zaand

Came home, decided to give APB a try(NA) and i played on my stable 88ms and did not teleport, jesus did not took my wheel and grenades did not stick to my hands and teleport me back to a wall and cause me to suicide. I enjoyed APB with the 2hours i had today and hope it can remain like this for as long as it can. Thank you LO

The stability of the servers and the game it's self is becoming noticeably worse as each day goes by, LO say's it'll be months to begin the process of updating and fixing this. I say, do you actually think you have months left? the server will not survive at the rate of decay I'm seeing, and every ddos and collapse accelerates that process, you might not even have two months left at this point. Hoping I'm wrong, but I know one thing for certain, I wasted my money buying premium this month.
