I perfectly understand your indignation, while some use configs to disable the effects of explosion and smoke, macros, cheats, you and I get incomprehensible locks. My account was blocked after 11 years because I had a stencil on my PC to make the pictures transparent, which made it easier to create symbols and cars. My comrade from clan, account from the time of the CBT was blocked because at the time of the game he had a telegram web running and he got a call there from work. There are more and more such cases as we have with you every day. Alas, the administration of this game does not dare to help us somehow. They only care about the streamer from twitch who are sycophants. If such a sycophant is unreasonably blocked, then only then will they take any action. We can only hope for the best in this matter or stop playing this project forever.

8 business days is average response time. And only one guy handles trade related support tickets. After 8 days they will ask you for some account information like ip address, transaction numbers and shit like that then you will wait another 8 days and hopefully they help you. In my case, at first they couldn't even find my account, then accused me of account sharing / selling my account, then told me there were "several inconsistencies" with my account information, then they said someone logged into my account from an international system / network. So to put it bluntly l, either flabber (the trade support agent) or stichly (the support manager) are total morons, unwiling to investigate ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING, or their system is fucked and it gives frequent false positives. Apparently I was permanently trade locked by some automated system or something. But those fucks are choosing to uphold it. And getting any information out of them is like pulling teeth.

Hi guys ♥ So coming back after years to put my themes on the marketplace and bang! It says "you are currently not allowed to auction items" And with no trade timer shown at all. I've create a test account and trade timer shows up normally. It's been 3 days and still no response yet and probably wont reply back or they will accuse me of something I haven't done or they will not give a reason for anything because they simply don't know anything. They should do their best to help the players especially those who playing since a long time and coming back! Especially with their players data base and game population is meh, they shouldn't be high heels and not respond and not trying to help, and being lazy. Maybe the only way is to go to discord and try to let them know there. Best of luck to you all ♥

you should have been able to login in via steam if the accounts are the same email. was the game down for matinece at the time? if not it should have let you in. only thing i can think of is you did not add @emailadress.com to the end or hit space after password

The anticheat was upgraded from BattlEye to Easy Anti-Cheat. Little Orbit plan on adding Fairfight, if it hasn't already been implemented. We have free premium because Little Orbit cared more about virtue signaling over the flu than making money. Little Orbit wanted a free option to unlock legendary weapons, so they moved them to the Joker store. You gamble for them with joker tickets. You can still satisfy your gambling addiction by purchasing joker tickets with real money. The engine was upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit. Players with modern graphics cards, like the RTX series, no longer crash with "out of memory" errors. There was talk about a new vehicle. I'm not sure what the current status is. In game GMs are volunteers. They are real players who use their free time to take on some GM roles. They don't have most moderator powers. They're kinda useless, but it's not the GM's fault. You can apply to become a GM, but keep in mind your powers will be restricted. The issue isn't the anticheat. It does ban accounts based on HWID. The problem is support is useless. You can post clips of yourself using an aimbot, wallhack, etc without fear of being banned. There's always going to be a way around the anticheat. There needs to be active moderation, but Little Orbit cannot afford to hire real GMs.

With a Full NA server, So My number is 100 I'm gonna start with 30%. So ya 3 out of 10. This includes Closets and includes Alts. With the Alts being one and the same but doubling the number. So Hacker X has 4 alt accounts or alt toons on one account. Now Im gonna subtract 5% for Mistaken Perception. n Im gonna subtract 5% for being a 'Late-Boomer' So 20%, 2 out of 10, Now we divide that 20% by 4-alts = 5% So Macks Letter Math says an average of at least 5%, 0.5 out of 10. or 5 hax per 100 player But those 5 look like 20 cuz they rotate toons all day -

Surely at least 3 on 10, so 30% Except some games or publishers with very fast and advanced devs/ services, It's pretty standard statistic and good/ acceptable (I guess???) for any online game with a decent anticheat system and team monitoring the servers/clients having this percentual... the matter is APB it's not neither at decent level services.. no, not at all, because sadly LO services are utterly bad The numbers of claims from players about the supports lacks is a fact. so not a big surpraise also the currently antcheats or servers are not updated/ monitored properly, there are incompetent people working or no people at all checking the situation (or maybe just underpaied or volunteers with few tools/ motivations sigh...) There are tons of youtube videos or streamer selling or showing their hacks without any care with the same characters old of 5 years or + more NOTE: for little I know LO doesnt share the statics of how many people are banned per month, probabily they dont care either to count how many accounts or characters are banned per month... showing name or videos is TABU and you get punished despite the clear fault.. So currently we have certainly more or.. better telling... by logic very Probabily we all know and not a big surpraise we alyways have had MORE than a mere 30% ( exception these One or Two months after release or rare updates of a new anticheat.. ) -
I installed game on steam. I made gamefirst account and tried to login with my username (email address) and password, but I'm unable to login. I made new account and changed a password that doesn't have any special characters, but still unable to login. I also deleted and and reinstall, but it's still not working.

If I remember right you can do this through you're steam library .. But you need to access it. Steam support wont really help you gain access back into your account with out security QA and 2fa this is to do with acc hijacking. Especially if setup 2fa and you don't have it, then support wont help and you've lost that account. Steam's normal Account Verification is to your email associated with. if you don't have access to that email then you're stuck . You can request help to recover your account but the requirements is very long and most importantly you would have to prove owner ship ie, digital purchase by card or virtual, with receipt/invoice or bank statements. To answer your question on Steam unlink . If you do get back into your account its via Locate APB Reloaded in library. -> Right click -¬ Sub menu -> "Manage" ¬ Sub menu -> "Remove from account" This acts as two functions,, Removes the "free licence title" from your account and Removes the steam link login to that game. I cant confirm if this still works as intended.

hello everyone, before I start I wanted to say I first played APB Reloaded in OBT so I started playing again yesterday so i got back a few hours to get some experience. First of all, I cant even say how many or who exactly is cheating, I already saw that there are many Threads in this Forum about cheaters, but I think its very important to update the anticheat to the best as possible. Maybe add overwatch? like in CS:GO? Also Free Premium is so useless in my opinion, why would u give everyone free premium if its "Premium"? also cheaters can always rank up so easily again if they are getting banned? Bring back Joker Boxes.. I miss em. Also try to get back some players, I know content creation seems to be good, im also thinking about of doing videos again if this is getting in a positive direction. I would also like to see some game changing updates, maybe the player base gets better after that.. maybe graphics update ? engine upgrades/changes. I also recognized players raging about support or fail gm´s or admins (cant say anything negative about that tho) but maybe add some more spaces for workers as gm/admin idc. also for anticheat ... maybe just dont ban the accounts, maybe use hwid bans? it will be scary for them to use hacks again thanks for reading

Hey, could anyone tell me how to unlink steam from apb, i forgot the currently linked steam account since i only login via gamersfirst, and when support asks me for account verification i cant provide it since i really dont remember. Since im the only one who can access my own account how do i check it?

Hey, i have steam linked to my apb account that i forgot since i only login via gamersfirst. I need to unlink steam to verify account to support whey they ask. But for this reason i cant and they only tell me to contact steam to locate it. There has to be any other way. Please help

you get trade locked basically for playing the game. it activates if your inactive for long times i know, but most reasons are unknown as it seems to trigger randomly with random timers 1 hoour 1 year etc. only thing i can think of is some pissy child gm banning trades for people he lost to on his off account, or the system they got in place, like everything for APB, is infact utter dogshit that is what ever code a monkey put together in a 15 min time span. what ever the case may be is your more then likely stuck with what you have making missions outside of grinding for 255 utterly worthless and cash being worthless outside of ammo just a shiny set on pixels because you might aswell just run around asylum waiting for free tickets as for you forum staff do not reply to me for the 500 time about reporting staff for unacceptable behavior i know your just going to do the "no bad dog" routine and let them continue as they are. you simply could not give two farts about this

Hello, i bought g1c off armas marketplace and the next day i see ''your account is not allowed to trade''. I supported them, verified account and they removed it, mostly it get locks like this due to chargebacks but i havent done any of them. After support removed it, they didnt told what it was for and how to avoid it in future. And now the next year i get it again and supporting them they say that it can only be removed once. So now what? does it mean it will be perma??. I mean i havent done anything and im not guilty in this situation. in all fairness i stopped trusting LO after more then once i saw gms or support threaten players with bans for reporting or asking simple questions. hell i was even told to delete my account via support by a certain memeber here. i think it boils down to the they took up a big project, relized they lacked the funds, and now are stuck in a rut were they can not back themselfs out of so there just hoping to kill both games to get rid of them. lets face it who would buy these games in this day and age. -
i can not tell what my username is on fallen earth if i log in here, or gamersfirst. i am trying to launch the game fallen earth using steam, but not using steam authentication. i have been possessing the gamersfirst account for the entire time the game was vanished, but i can not figure out with what username have i registered to the game. i was trying to reset my password, but in the e-mail it did not show me my username which i can use to log in to the game my suggestion is, that if i log in to the webpage of either gamersfirst.com, or other fallen earth related pages, i can see my actual username that i can use to log into the game. at least create a "forgot username" button please. while i am writing this post, i have meneged to log in to the game finaly. the problem was, that in the game's launcher "use steam authentication" was checked by default, but both "username", and "password" was empty. i was trieing to fill these entries to log in to no avail. i solved the isssue by basicaly turning off this checkbox, then turned it on, such that the "username", and "password" entries disappeared. now i can just press log in, and the game launches.... i suggest a new launcher. best wishes, good bye! -

As you’ve no doubt been told, any time you use a 3rd party program you risk your account. It’s always been this way. That being said, APB customization is nothing without overlays so hopefully something can be done about this. In the meantime I’m not making any symbols, too much risk, and that’s the advice I give to everyone. -
why do you need 3rd party software for this, there are plenty of ways to do it without risking you account -

In the last 6 years I have been using this small but primitive program. I haven't played for 2 months and a week ago I went in and out, after I saw a message about blocking. I am still trying to challenge the blocking. EAC support is not responding. I am ready to challenge the blocking even now and provide all the logs from my PC. I am very outraged and saddened by this blocking, I put my soul into this account, so to speak. My friend from the clan was blocked because he had a telegram web running during the game, a fucking messenger. Unfortunately, there is no support from the community, we applied to different communities with petitions, but I only saw ridicule. The administration of the discord channel only made fun of us and blocked us. We demand a more thorough investigation of such cases, and we also want a fair solution to this problem in our favor. Don't make us hate you and your company. This is very unfair, some players from twitch disable the effects of grenade smoke, and play with clay potato graphics. There is no reaction from the administration to this, when we provide links and evidence to these violators, we are told that we violated privacy. But at the same time, we are blocked essentially for nothing. -
email adress then password. if you made it the same as your steam account you should be allowed to click log in with steam, and it should process it that way. if not uncheck the box then email and password like email@emailfallenearth.com and password fallenearthaccountpassword and you should get in. your "user name" is what ever 1-4 toons you make in which you have no real set one other then your main toon Or what ever nick name you end up with like thana cow or yaf,

They need 3rd party payment statements to prove you're the owner. There really isn't much support can do without that. If you contacted support with the same IP address that your account was originally on, you might stand a chance, but most ISPs have Dynamic IP addresses, meaning it changes. LO need to improve their account security systems. The dual factor authentication requires you to install an app on a smart phone, or have the technical knowledge to maintain an Android virtual machine. Maybe set up a system to send SMS or call any number, like how Microsoft and Google do it? Not as secure, but better than no dual authentication.
