    APB it's just a average and old fps game,  after 200/350 hrs and decent PC and good latency, it's more than enough for learning mechanics, weapons, missions location in 2 old and small freaking maps etc

    It's not a game where you have a character and you have to manage 15+ skills, timings, buff/ debuff and multiple equipments for pve/ pvp or skills performance... 

    Wait, I have no idea what you're talking about; I never mentioned "high skill", lmao. I said people have a habit of blaming everything else before they look inward.

     

    And no, it's not. This game is horrendously unintuitive. I've played thousands of hours and I wasn't even sure how to unlock Concussion grenades on my new 2nd criminal character. Also for the record, according to Activision, the average Call of Duty user invests 170 hours into the game every year... Player retention has always been an issue, cause this game is deceptively complex--whether you can see that or not.

    Again, I've been playing off-and-on for like, a decade now.. I've never dipped below gold. No clue where I am on the "gold scale" (see my thread about why this is a problem), but if I had my old clan on we could beat other clans like NULLSEC, Sovereign, etc. if we fought well.

     

    So I'm going to say it one last time:

     

    In my own personal opinion, this community has a tendency to label someone a cheater and then mercilessly harass them about it, but most of the time? They're just flat out better.
    The truth isn't always pleasant to hear, especially in APB (which is almost synonymous with egomania) so people cope in their own ways and insinuate things that are simply untrue. It's a defense mechanism. The brain is remarkably adept at insulating itself from trauma; both real and imagined.

    Stop calling them hackers, they're not "hacking" the game. I played all day yesterday for the first time in 3 years. No cheaters.

     

    Why can people never just admit it's a skill issue? Such ego in this garbage game. I use an Ursus and he complains, so I switch to a shotgun and he blames his team. There's always some excuse.

     

    Just be better.

    Ya, I think it's high time it got fixed lmao. I logged into my characters and was streaming the game after not playing for like, 3-4 years and the glitch happened... Not a good look, y'know? x3

    Hello!

     

    This is an old'ish bug that's still happening. I switched my character a few times and then mission objectives on the UI become hidden.

    For example, it was a team deathmatch where everyone is visible through walls, but I couldn't see them because the markers are hidden for me, but they could see me.

    I keep forgetting that an ammo vending machine can basically tell me to go kill a bunch of motherfuckers, but god forbid the p*ssies that run the forum let that one slip by them.

    Ya, if they want the ttk to be higher, they need to buff up the actual player HP and stop screwing with the guns.

    I run a community with 5k members on Discord, and one thing I've learned is a lot of people are really dumb. I had a support link for the game itself and we had to remove it cause people were using it to report our private server issues there... I can't even imagine how many hundreds (if not thousands) of people just pressed one of the big buttons district buttons and sat there in an empty district for hours and then unistalled after waiting for opposition.

     

    The merge can wait until the upgrade is done. Sounds like work and stress to patch a hole that might not even need to be fixed if we just make the game not outdated trash.

    Have you ever tried meeting some of the people that play this game? I use my microphone for the first time in years and boom: I'm getting stalked. This community is toxic trash and what's left after years of bleeding out in the dust are almost universally antisocial neckbeards who grief and throw scat at you.

     

    Big shock that someone wouldn't want to group up. It's bad enough to have an itch to play this antiquated turd, but to actively group with people that play it daily? A fate worse than death, LOL.
