I got my email from the Red hill mailing list with the tinfoil hat, But I too am waiting for an email for my efforts in categories 2 and 3. One tries to be patient with understanding of SO MANY people in the community involved with this event

I don't think you realise that many golds dethreat to get easier opponents, why do you think gold district is always empty and everyone is in Silver or bronze? Raising the bar in theory will help you but the reality is that it while there is another threat level, people are going to just adapt. You also got to consider the population numbers. APB has a first threat level segregation, you can only go into a district that is 1 threat level lower than your actual threat rating; Basically bronze can go into any district but a gold player can only go into silver unless they dethreat. The current threat system need a rework and it is being planned but a new threat level on it's own isn't going to do anything when gold districts are already empty.

That is why most people buy guns in armas which begs the question why have more armas guns with contacts for lease? There are some people that are adamant about not spending money on a free to play game, and fair enough... that is their choice. For exotic unique weapons though, I don't think they should be released to contacts because these weapons being exclusive to Armas is what keeps bringing in the money for APB. That and new JMB releases but people don't like loot boxes. Some may say that Armas exclusive weapons makes the game Pay 2 Win but how else is APB going to make money? One suggestion would to have more feature and content locked behind premium, but there isn't enough content to do that right now.

More information is helpful to some, but unhelpful to others. This has been suggested before and I think we need to treat this like the district select screen. To new players seeing that wall of information and not understanding will only cause confusion, I'd suggest having a toggle button to show an advanced mode.

Try to take a hint, there is a search bar to find questions that may of already been asked. You're not getting a exact time or date because work on Unreal Engine 3.5 is still on going.

The skin Red hill skin will be sent out to those who participated in the event. However if you mean this Japanese themed skin then it's not part of the event Red hill ARG event and will be a reward you can earn in game once the RIOT mode is live.

Don't worry, that's normal for him he's fine! I do hope you're joking... The tin foil hat has got meme value but it is not really something with brag about because it was just given away as a holiday redeem item. GamersFirst gave it to everyone who logged in on their anniversary of taking over APB. It's not a reward from any contest or competition event like the Butcher skin or 3D glasses. Of all the items and rewards possible to give, this is actually rather fitting and was given as a reward in a fair I think.

...what makes you think RIOT is going to bring out the Mirage?

Playing almost any games with friends makes the experience better, although I am getting the impression that RIOT was a game mode intended to be played casually and not competitively. MattScott may want to reconsider not having friends playing together... but at the same time I know some clans may just make RIOT their stomping ground.

Any suggestions on what criteria would be needed to be reached to earn these items?

Do hope i am considered category 2. I really regret not going with my gut and overlaying the screen with the code on the final puzzle, but you win some and lose some. Thanks again for this ARG even if RIOT needs a bit more time to be fine tuned. It was something unique and fresh which I don't think previous companies or teams would consider trying. The fact this event took consideration of previous lore and then added on to it shows that LittleOrbit really do care for the game and the community. It really felt like the staff went above and beyond with this! Considering APB is a multiplayer third person shooter and not an Ace Attorney game; This wasn't going to be for everyone in the APB community, but it was a bit of a chance take by LittleOrbit with this event. It brought the community together to work collectively, it was a fun challenge and I hope there are more puzzles and Easter eggs like this in the future.

As frustrating as it is to me to not know when the Engine Upgrade is coming like a lot of people. Do you really want more target dates and times only for the potential of them to be missed and to be left feeling disappointed or would you not know. The flip side of the coin is that I'm sure MattScott is reasonable and understanding with delays, but at the same time staff are trying to meet their targets as best as they can. I don't know what it's like to work at Little Orbit, but most people would agree that the sense of more pressure doesn't help productivity and in fact it's hinders it.

A first impression can take as little as 7 seconds and can last a life time. Many people left APB and the company name to the game face is not something I don't think many people would forget if they saw it again. New players may not think twice, but former players would remember and not only not want to give APB another chance but may recommend others against trying APB is they knew GamersFirst still was working APB:Reloaded! As I said before, GamersFirst is a stain that I don't will ever fully be washed away. I try to be polite and not speak ill of others, but GamersFirst EARNED that reputation and it's one that is going to stay for a long time.

You flatter me! While the attention to detail be there, it is just 4 red squares stretched, aligned at the right angle and lengths. try not to look like your stroking your own ego fox! Anyway thanks again to LittleOrbit for this fantastic and different experience, it was truly a breath of fresh air and engaging. It has been a while since the community has really come together like this.

You're not meant to log in with your own sign in details. If you follow the Redhill thread, then you see how much effort has been put into it. The entire website was a puzzle game that has been going on for weeks.

Forgive me for enjoying something different. Variety is the spice of life. Think that might just be the case, I'll very interested what Little Orbit will do if so! Can I just take a moment to say not only good work on making RedHill a intriguing challenge for the community, but also taking the time to know APB's lore and then adding something new to it!
