So I've recently reinstalled APB and I noticed something weird - even though I can keep the game at a steady 50-60 fps there are these stutters where the game freezes for somewhere around 1/3 or 1/2 of a second every now and then at random intervals. Once the stutter is over I'm back at 60 fps. Anyone else experiencing such issues? I haven't tried reinstalling the game on my SSD, any idea if that would help?
