    So, approximately how many $4.99's will be deducted from my bank account before that "different people" gets to me?

  2. How do I cancel my subscription so that you will stop taking money from my bank account? And please don't tell me to contact Customer Support. I have at least two open tickets dated several months ago without a single reply. Nothing personal, but I have decided to play something else, therefore I see no reason to keep paying a monthly fee for something I am not using.
