    Problem: BEServiceprogram.zip not downloading

    Solution: Disable browsing Protection OR Create website exception

     

    Ziggo Safe/F-Secure is blocking from downloading because it tags it as a "Harmful website"

    Adding some bugs

    Not sure if is intended or not but the kills in '12 deaths of Christmas' do not count for your total kills on your character I find this disappointing.
    Overall the event is very nice just like the new Slay Bells. Bit hard to understand at first but it is fun.

    “reach weapon tier 5” progresses and finished for me but doesn’t go towards Slay Bells achievement. Had this on two characters and on none of them counted towards Slay Bells achievement.

     

    Did someone experienced something similar yet?

    And also yes I have experienced this as well. I think this is a glitch.
    This is not the only bug I have experienced so far.
    I find it a bit of a pain to walk to the contact and accept the daily without it being auto selected when joining the district.

    On the technical side, a quick review of your transaction shows it being charged correctly for $20 USD. We then redirect to the payment provider (Paymentwall) where they converted to 17.57 EUR given your country and currency. That was paid and we reconciled the payment for the correct amount. The extra ~$7.00 USD is likely some kind of fee/charge on your bank or debit card's side as it's not reflected in the charge we made or the amount collected. The transaction date also occurred prior to the G1C ratio change date, so it's not related to those changes.

    We are looking into refactoring our credit card options soon to be better as we have had complaints about Paymentwall. PayPal is a good alternative in the meantime.

    On the side note:
    The problem with paypal is that there is a lot of tax on top of the price. While on other payment options there isn't any tax added to the price. How does that come?
