I think the higher accuracy (and 40m range) are due to the Whisper and Kris using different base stats, and not the mod. For example, the Silverado SD has the same mod, but doesn't have the Whisper's intrinsic benefits. Strangely enough however, it also equips Cooling Jacket and the red silencer at the same time.

As for the change, it wouldn't make any sense to remove the crouch bonus from the Whisper and keep it on the PMG, especially if the entire OCA range is being nerfed as well. Though honestly the PMG needs much bigger nerfs than having its crouch accuracy decreased. The only excuse to keep it as it is right now is the state of shotguns, but aside from that the weapon has been blatantly overpowered for years.
Great point; whisper has always had the 50m range, if it loses this modifier the PMG should also. And why be snarky @BXNNXD, your not adding anything to the discussion by mocking my post

I get that LO wants to show that they are taking charge of things and that they are serious and stuff but....
This is a result of this. Like, we get it. You're doing stuff. OK. Now:

    1) fix engine
    2) everything else.

I second this ,while I don't love the new shotgun meta its not like OCA is unviable; shredder is strong but honestly has fine range imo, make it a 4 shot that should be the only change. An above poster mentioned that spread pattern should reward good aim, that too would be a sufficient change . In the end the engine update should come out before the end of the year, best case scenario December > Engine Update > brand new X-Mas event to draw in new player base > Fix threat and matchmaking problems ; all of these content and balance changes are secondary and metaphorically an life ring that can't float being thrown to a drowning sailor

And right now it's yet another ntec reskin, but with one more shot to kill.

    Who would bother with THAT?
not every assault rifle is automatically an ntech reskin; it can require the same amount of hits and still be a fundamentally different gun for different playstyles

All that said, I'm someone who rerolls a lot not because I cheat, but because I like making characters with a specific theme and I tend to make and re-make characters regularly for the sake of changing it up a bit. I don't particularly care about the 195 mods, and if I really feel like using car surfer, i'll just go play a bit of fight club and buy one 7 day.

As a result of this, most of my characters are 100 rank or below.

Since I came back to the game after a break, if anyone gets paired with me into a squad of 2 without opp, they will abandon immediately. This almost always results in me getting stuck in a 1v1 mission, which is no fun at all. The only time I've had anything but a 1v1 mission since I came back is when I was playing with friends.

Instead, I think ignoring someone should stop you being matched with them, we need a votekick system for squads and abandoning missions should be limited to a certain number of times per unit of time, like you can only abandon 2-3 missions before being locked out of matchmaking for a while (actually doing a mission resets this number), or a total of 24 times in 24 hours or something, to disincentivize this kind of crap. I guarantee if it's pushing me away again now that it's become so prevalent, where I've been playing since OBT, it's pushing away newer players for sure.
This makes no sense, players dont /abandonmission because of Rlevel ; its predominantly because they are a threat below the status quo on the respective district. Your Rlevel has nothing to do with skill or kills
