    I have been away so didnt get a chance to respond to this. First of all its hard not to be in a clan without cheaters these days. I also have not spoken to or played with that clan since finding out. I also reported them. We didnt "hang out"

    • 2:21 You can clearly see aimbotting in that video. You can see the old fashion snapp when he starts shooting the wall towards the other player. Then he re-ajusts to kill Summit1G.
    • 3:00 you can clearly see his wall hack. He starts cooking a grenade but Summit1G runs in the other direction. To which he stopps cooking the grenade, runs in the opposite direction to catch Summit1G.

    Excellent bans .

    Sorry Frosi but that is wrong to say and that comment is 5 years out of date. I am currently in a clan with cheaters. The leader of the clan got fed up with cheating and approached a certain French streamer who uses cheats, now he is using cheats. Cheaters are in 90% of games. The reason that percentage is so high is because a lot of the good players have left and the population is in decline, whilst cheaters are staying around.

    1st try: 10007 - Login failed - Servers unavailable
    2nd try: Error code 4 : Steam Login failed - Check your user & password

    I had the same issue.  Servers unavailable, try again later. I gave up.

    When ever there was something like this, it never really worked as intended. It just became a huge stand off where everybody switched to Sniper and camped. Personally i do not think APB should be any less then 4 V 4 . Scrap 3s 2s and most definitely scrap 1 v 1 .

    Quite a lot of them have re-rolled and are now level 255 its very very unfun. They are like a bunch of Capybaras, pretending to be gkings with the rest of their little castle.

    He is also not wrong though and i understand his frustration.  We had a nice few days after the last bannings. All those re-rolls, i have seen go from level 1 to level 255 in the last few weeks. They are not hiding the fact that they are cheating. They are absolutly milking the servers. They are not closets, they are full on cheating. I am in a clan with 3 cheaters that i know of. There are multiple streamers who have been cheating the last 6 months. You can literally see them cheating on youtube / twitch. I have teamed with them and dont get a look in because they can see were the enemy are coming and hog all the kills.

     

    I have reported at least 20 level 200+ blatant cheaters. That i have teamed with.

     

    Right now it pays to be a cheater then to play normally. They seem to be having a lot more fun. They are leveling up quickly and in the space of a few weeks, have all the best weapons. If they get banned, they just start again on pre-made accounts that they have already transferred weapons to.     Played 2 games just now and 3 cheaters.

    What i just dont understand that when somebody who is a casual player, only play a few games a week and run into the same cheaters over and over again. Cheaters are essentially fish in a barrel to catch right now, but are allowed cheat months on end.

    Its weird that what i was hoping thats they were going to do in the new GTA. But i am on the fence about getting it to be honest. After all the horror stories about people being hacked through it. Losing their accounts. hackers dont even have to be logged into the game to kick somebody from the server its so poorly run. I suppose APB does actually have better protection from cheaters then GTA/RDO 🤓

    APB gives you the ability to be who you want to be and without many of the limitations other games have. No game has equaled the creation aspect of the game, and i doubt any future game will, being that they will lock things behind paywalls.  The idea of the game is all about community and a community which awards creation and not just what you shoot. As you all know, it hasnt been harnessed properly but the embers are still there and i believe can still be re-ignighted.Yes its a gun game in a city that has a backstory, with interesting characters. The missions if everybody is playing fairly can be the most fun you can have in any game. I still have many great memories, funny memories, annoying memories of in game occurences. Good friends, come and gone. But the game is a lot more then that.

    Many people work towards buying a new weapon. You can do this by going in game and competing in missions. You can also do this by creating clothing, logos, vehicles, music. Rewarding the creation side of somebodys brain is something that you really cant get anywhere else. Its rewading in itself when you see somebody wearing and enjoying something that you have made, or hearing the music you have made when you have been killed by them. There were days in which players would DJ and players would go to the club and listen to the music, not to mention showcasing there cars because it meant something.

     

    There are many frustrations with the game and you see many people post about these frustrations. These frustrations or hate are simply love for the game, wanting the game to succeed. If they didnt care for the game, they wouldnt post at all. Yes there is a group of blood suckers in the game. But they secretly love the game also. I just wish they would care for the community more then just trying to flex.

    I dont agree with you Darleena,  i mean Slfless. LO offered an olive branch to cheaters due to the fact many were banned for private cheats. They came back and cheated again.

    Its not really. Come onto the European server. All the cheaters use the exact same guns. They all have the exact same rythm with no breaks.

     

    Now you switch on your monitor and see them play. Over reliance on aim, dont use cover like good players, cant throw grenades. Terrible drivers.

    looks like with some serious people behind it..

    Or just using Eyes and Ears. I can safely say, if i was driven around the server with no screen on, i can point out a cheater with 100% accuracy purely on the perfectly rhythmic sound of gunfire.

    Still though, cheating is still pretty bad on the european servers. At least we are seeing that something is being done. I played a game against a couple of well known cheaters last night. I felt really really bad for my partner, who was telling me that this game depresses him with the cheating. He then wen AFK for a bit, and returned with cheats on himself. Started taking out the other team with his Obir. He said, what else was he to do :-/

     

    The worst part about cheating, its not just to gain an edge, its to destroy.
