i do recall the ceo dude say nudity, hate speech and hate symbols will be banned. so i suppose it depends on whether or not the communist symbol is considered a hate symbol. i don't think it is but that's my guess.
as for the other question, the person wearing it will be the one to be punished. when a man shoots another person and kills them, who receives punishment? the company that made the gun or the man who pulled the trigger? the man. idk, makes sense to me.

all i ask is that you're an enforcer and are wanting to actually do something with the clan
if anyone is wondering what's so special about the clan well on the enforcer side there's a faction called Praetorians so i guess the name is a little rare ?? and for those who like to roleplay it's a plus.
i'm a crim and i'd rather pass the clan onto an enforcer

no please. i was harassed by an spcm member and the rest never really helped anyone. i'd rather a GM take on this role.

will the new engine allow you to make clothes that were previously impossible to make?
will you be adding more realistic features to the game such as being able to shoot a character through the car window?
will you be adding rain, snow, fog, night and day systems to the game?
